I neither reject traditional medication nor do I administer it too hastily. I always critically question the context and weigh up the individual risks of medication against its potential harm. Many medications are indispensable, especially if diseases already exist, but I am of the opinion that good education and cooperation by patients, especially in primary prevention, should promote the reduction of medication through lifestyle factors much more.

In my practice, I combine the principles of classical internal medicine with modern, functional approaches and trauma-sensitive counseling. I attach great importance to a holistic approach to your body and your health. Through targeted and individual anamnesis, I include all levels of health in order to develop tailor-made treatment concepts that take into account your symptoms as well as your personal needs and wishes.
