Customized Infusion Therapies
Targeted Administration Directly into the Vein
With an infusion, vitamins, minerals, or other active ingredients enter the bloodstream directly, independent of absorption through the intestines. We determine which infusion is appropriate following a consultation with a doctor and, when necessary, after laboratory testing.
Our Infusions
Antioxidant Infusion (“Detox”)
With [e.g., glutathione, vitamin C]. To support the body’s own antioxidant defense systems, e.g., during periods of increased stress.
Immune infusion
With [e.g. high-dose vitamin C, zinc]. Supplementary in case of increased susceptibility to infections or in the recovery phase after infections.
Stress and regeneration infusion
With [e.g. magnesium, B vitamins]. To support increased needs in stressful phases of life.
Iron Infusion
For laboratory-confirmed iron deficiency, when tablets are not effective enough or are not tolerated. We will first check your blood iron levels.
When is an IV not appropriate?
Depending on the type of infusion, we may not perform the treatment or may only do so after careful consideration, for example in the following cases:
- impaired kidney function or kidney stones
- severe heart failure
- Known allergies to an ingredient
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding (only after consultation)
- Iron overload (from iron and high-dose vitamin C infusions)
- G6PD deficiency (associated with high-dose vitamin C; tested beforehand)
- acute infections (when receiving iron infusions)
Here’s how it works
- Preliminary medical consultation; laboratory tests, if necessary
- Infusion in a comfortable armchair; duration: approximately 60 minutes
- Pleasant sounds and aromas included
- After receiving an iron infusion, please remain at the clinic for about 30 minutes as a precaution.
Costs
120–350 euros, depending on the infusion. Self-pay service; billed according to the GOÄ. A medically necessary iron infusion is generally covered by private health insurance.
