Infusion therapy

Infusion therapy

Holistic infusion therapy – Targeted support for your body

A balanced diet is the foundation of health and well-being. However, there are situations in which the body cannot absorb or utilize nutrients sufficiently – whether due to stress, chronic illnesses, digestive problems, or increased requirements during certain phases of life.

In these cases, infusion therapy can be a valuable support by supplying the body directly with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants – quickly, effectively, and without detours through the digestive tract.

I use infusions specifically and consciously when oral intake is insufficient or there is an acute deficiency in order to enable the body to regenerate directly.

When is infusion therapy useful?

Exhaustion & chronic fatigue – For stress, burnout, or post-viral exhaustion
Weakened immune system – To support susceptibility to infection or during recovery
Deficiencies despite a healthy diet – For digestive problems, malabsorption, or chronic diseases
High physical or mental stress – For people under a lot of stress, athletes, or during periods of intense exertion
Detox & cell regeneration – To reduce oxidative stress and support cell health

Despite the benefits, an infusion is no substitute for a healthy diet. It is only used when natural intake through food is insufficient or needs to be specifically supplemented.

Cost coverage & billing

Private patients & subsidies: Depending on the tariff, the costs for infusion therapies may be covered by private health insurance.
Statutory health insurance: Statutory health insurance companies do not usually cover the costs, but the infusions can be claimed as an individual health service (IGeL).

Billing is based on the German Scale of Medical Fees (GOÄ).

Conclusion: Infusions as targeted support, but not as a permanent solution

Nutrition remains the basis; infusions are a targeted supplement
Targeted laboratory diagnostics to determine your needs
No infusion without medical indication
