consultation. The standard blood test with liver, kidney, and other routine values is supplemented by functional laboratory diagnostics. As a private patient, you receive a comprehensive analysis in a single appointment\u2014efficiently and holistically.<\/p>\n<p>Health is our most valuable asset. Diseases are often only detected when symptoms appear \u2013 but many health risks can be avoided or treated in time through early, comprehensive diagnostics.<\/p>\n<p>My comprehensive internal medicine health check offers you a detailed analysis of your physical health once a year. Through a combination of state-of-the-art internal medicine laboratory diagnostics and a holistic approach, you gain in-depth insights into your current health status and valuable individual recommendations for preventing illness and optimizing your well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Since many of these examinations are not covered by statutory health insurance to this extent, this offer is primarily aimed at <strong>private patients<\/strong> who can bill their insurance company directly for comprehensive diagnostics. However, patients with statutory health insurance have the option of having some of these values analyzed separately by their family doctor. If you prefer comprehensive diagnostics from a single source and want to avoid long waiting times or multiple appointments, you can of course also take advantage of the health check as an <strong>individual health service (IGeL)<\/strong> directly with me.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Your comprehensive health checkup<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Detailed internal laboratory diagnostics<\/strong><br \/>\nBlood values provide essential information about your metabolic health, organ function, and any deficiencies. The laboratory evaluation includes the following tests:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Blood count &amp; inflammation markers:<\/strong> Indications of infections, inflammatory processes, or blood formation disorders<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cardiovascular parameters:<\/strong> Blood lipids, cholesterol levels, homocysteine, and other factors affecting heart health<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liver, kidney, and thyroid function:<\/strong> Detection of metabolic disorders or functional abnormalities<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vitamins &amp; minerals:<\/strong> Analysis of possible deficiencies that may affect energy, immune defense, and cognitive functions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hormone status:<\/strong> Checking relevant hormones to identify imbalances<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gut health &amp; microbiome:<\/strong> Optionally expandable for a holistic view of the digestive system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, <strong>examination, pulse oximetry, and heart rate variability (HRV) measurement<\/strong> are performed in my practice. HRV analysis provides valuable information about the regulation of the autonomic nervous system and stress levels.<\/p>\n<p>An <strong>ECG and pulmonary function test (Lufu)<\/strong> are currently not available directly in my practice, but I will refer you to your family doctor if necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ultrasound diagnostics<\/strong> will soon be integrated into my practice, so that advanced imaging examinations will also be available in the future.<\/p>\n<p>If laboratory tests indicate existing nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, or other abnormalities, the corresponding values will of course be checked regularly throughout the year to ensure the success of the treatment and to make any necessary adjustments to the therapy in good time.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Individual health counseling &amp; preventive recommendations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>After the comprehensive laboratory analysis, we will discuss your results in detail.
